Norman Kolpas will add excitement to your pizzas with all kinds of tasty fun ingredients that you would never dream of using on your own. All of the Kolpas books are excellent His pizza books are outstanding.
Warning. Your desire for restaurant pizza may fade away as you work your way through Kolpas's recipes. These recipes make pizza parlor crude and one dimensional by comparison.

I only got this as Suzanne Lenzer referenced in her pizza cookbook. Her method works FANTASTIC...so I was curious as to Chef Kolpas and his influence on her recipe. I wrote down his sourdough recipe and one other, then donated the cookbook to my local public library. It was worth purchasing this - I now have the complete picture of what I want to know!

Excellent recipes

I had this recipe book long ago, and gifted my son and daughter-in-law with it. I moved, and needed my own copy. I was delighted to find it, the book was in good condition. The recipes are wonderful. This book is definitely worth owning if you want to make excellent pizzas!
