Wonderful book, better than I expected. This book is great for any Natural, and Macrobiotic person who likes to be healthy and eating healthy without expending many hours in the kitchen. Recipes and descriptions are very accurate with ingredients lists for each recipe. This book is the way of good healthy life, the macrobiotic kitchen and quick natural meals all in one. I recommend this book for all levels.

Easy to follow reciepes

This was one of three books we ordered to start our Macrobiotic diet. We are three months in and had our first blood work. My husbands cholesterol went down 60 points and my triglycerides and cholesterol were below 200. We have more energy.
